Dear Associational Missionary,

My name is Marc Laseter and I am a Mission Service Corp (MSC) Missionary through NAMB assigned to Central Baptist Association and a certified Defensive Driving Instructor certified by the National Safety Council.

One of the difficult challenges as a MSC missionary is raising your own financial support for ministry.  The burden that God has placed on my heart is to reach children with the gospel of Jesus Christ in our local public schools through an after school program called "Kids for Christ."   

One of the ways I am raising my support is by offering a Defensive Driving Class, to your association for its churches, their members and as an outreach to their local community.

Why take the Defensive Driving Class?  IT SAVES LIVES, SAVES MONEY BY REDUCING THEIR INSURANCE PREMIUM, IS NO COST TO THE ASSOCIATION OR THE CHURCH, AND HELPS FUND A LOCAL MISSIONARY.    Under Georgia law O.C.G.A. 33-9-42,   Drivers the age of 25 or older, who possess a clean 3-year driving record can take this 6-hour class and receive a discount of at least 10% off their auto insurance premium. This discount will last a total of 3 years. If under 25 years of age consult with your insurance agency.   However, most insurance companies will give this discount to drivers of all ages and unlike some programs that are provided only to our seniors, this class is open to drivers of ALL AGES.

The cost of the course is normally forty to seventy-five dollars per person; I am offering this class for a minimal donation of $25.00 per person, $40.00 per couple and $60.00 a family.  The class is a six-hour class and can be completed in one day or two evenings.
